AI Based Acoustic Pattern Recognition for Fault Diagnosis by Prof Muhammad Fard (RMIT, Australia)

This study suggests that the acoustic pattern recognition can be successfully applied to identify various sound features. The noise and vibration features can be used to enhance the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the transportation industry.

This paper was presented during International Applied Vibration Conference 2019 (IAViC2019) which was held on 13-14th November at Sheraton Imperial Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Pioneering as the largest vibration technical community in Malaysia, IAViC serves as the ideal platform to share latest technologies as well as discoveries from various industries locally and globally.
